Jackie Wilkinson is a radiation physicist with 24 years experience of radiological and safety matters.
Her exceptional interpersonal skills were demonstrated in building a high-performance safety services team, leading company wide policy developments and acknowledged regulator confidence.

An excellent communicator, Jackie has written and delivered a wide range of training and coaching across Britain over the last 20 years covering radiological and regulatory topics including lecturing on NRPB Advanced Radiological Protection course.

Previous roles include Head of Safety and Environment for the Windscale site in Cumbria and Divisional Senior Safety Manager with responsibilities for Windscale, Harwell (Oxfordshire) and Winfrith (Dorset). Delivered executive and company level projects on regulator liaison enhancement, safety competencies, safety policy and measures. Developed safety strategy across the southern sites. Managed a suite of radiological and conventional safety services. Led the Windscale site to achieve level 7 on the International Safety Rating System.

Recent work includes writing lectures for UCLan's new Masters Degree in Nuclear Safety.
